Centralized Support Services Systems Analyst

IAA Holdings, LLC (IAA), is seeking a Centralized Support Services Systems Analyst to join our team in Clinton, METhe CSS Systems Analyst is responsible for generating quantitative and qualitative feedback providing management with visibility to business performance and business process exceptions.
This position is also responsible for the maintenance and development of Centralized Support Services CRM systems.
The CSS Systems Analysts will collaborate with multiple customers and departments including employees from field operations and corporate function and demonstrate a clear commitment to the highest standards of integrity, professional and personal conduct.
Key
Responsibilities:
Maintain Centralized Services auxiliary environments (AVID/AutoIMS) Execute UAT/BAT testing of call center system changes, and assist with day-to-day department production activities as directed by the department manager Monitor certain Life Cycle events for continuous improvement, and advise the leadership of opportunities to improve or expand the level of service offered to provider customers Create and develop internal operational reports to provide management with visibility to business performance and identify business process exceptions Develop dashboards for specific business unit needs Work with Providers to integrate new release technologies Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement as well as assist with documenting current business models Advise areas for internal continuous improvement to the Centralized Services Management Test business processes and recommend improvements Participate in CS systems maintenance and assist management in writing user stories Will propose User Stories to the internal and external development teams for solutions to accommodate customer requirements Report status of all DEV at regular intervals and ad-hoc to the Centralized Services Management.
Handle emails/issues from providers and help to address any areas of concern they may have.
Work with IAA reporting groups to provide a reporting framework on data requests from IAA operations or providers.
Help establish and/or generate all reporting that is provided to internal or external customers.
Work with Providers on CSA Today Tools Coordinate with Sales and Operations to understand business system needs Assist with Five9 maintenance as needed Competencies:
Candidate must show the history of tactful and positive dealings with all levels of personnel within an organization, internal and external Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills essential Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and adjust the schedule to meet multiple deadlines Willing to operate within a team environment Able to work independently and be a self-starter Preferred Skills:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
